3AM is an on-call engineering agent for systems you can't rewrite: it proves an incident's root cause with read-only checks on live systems, then proposes a dry-run-tested fix that a human approves with one tap in Slack, PagerDuty, phone or email. It runs on-prem or air-gapped with no inbound ports and connects to tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and GitHub. Every signal, check, approval and action is recorded in a hash-chained, signed audit ledger that can be exported to a SIEM.
